Breathwork can facilitate the processing of emotions and traumatic experiences by creating a safe and grounded space for exploration. Our breathwork guide begins each class or private session with a seated warm up and a demonstration of the three part breathing technique. By tuning into our breath and bodily sensations, we can become more attuned to our thoughts, feelings, and behavioral patterns, fostering greater self-understanding and insight into our challenges and goals. 


It’s an empowering experience to be able to tap into your body’s own healing energy.  When we slow down, our bodies can rest.  Breathwork can activate the parasympathetic nervous system allowing us to relax and recover. Which makes it a great way to combat insomnia, anxiety, and mood changes.


By combining breathwork with counseling, individuals can access a more comprehensive and embodied approach to personal growth and healing, addressing not only the cognitive and emotional aspects of their experiences but also the physiological and energetic dimensions of their well-being.

We are more than just a mental health service.  Sometimes, it is beneficial for a client to include acupuncture along with counseling in order to gain a better understanding of how their mindset is connected to their physical health.  Acupuncture has been used for thousands of years as a way to bring the body back into balance and restore internal harmony.  It is a part of Traditional Chinese Medicine, which includes a range of treatment styles all designed to work with the body’s own healing ability.  It may be effective for treating common ailments like insomnia, digestive issues, inflammation, anxiety, depression and more. Often times, our acupuncturist will recommend herbal remedies and dietary information in addition to treatment with needles or cupping.
